We stand out from the crowd because we charge a set fee – no nasty surprises or extra fees for lots of questions. For this one fee, we will work with you, right from the moment you email or phone us, until you collect the keys for your new home. We will complete all your Kiwisaver paperwork and work with you to apply for the Housing New Zealand HomeStart Grant. We will also help you work through satisfying the conditions in the Agreement, and liaise with your bank or mortgage broker, making the process as easy and stress free as possible. If any issues are identified with the property, we will also help you negotiate with the vendor. If you must cancel the Agreement, we apply no charge!! We work on a “no transaction, no fee” basis. Because we know that you will be back! When your purchase is completed, you pay our fee just prior to settlement.
